Philosophy of EducationThe education process has three unique aspects: students, teachers, and the curriculum. While students are the learners and teachers have to activate the learning process. In doing so, students must feel comfortable and safe to enhance their long-life learning process. While doing so, the teachers acquire the responsibility to combine all of their knowledge and experiences to influence and guide students in the best way to become long-life learners. Teachers have to provide a safe and special environment where education is enhanced. The teachers have to be a special individual or role model for the students by showing how people act and cope with problems in today’s society. Students are not the only ones learning, teachers are also learning. The more experiences a teacher gains, the more prepared a teacher can be in different situations to help the student grow. By encouraging the student to grow, the curriculum has to be constructed around the students’ needs.
