About MeI was born and raised in Sidney where I have returned to live since finishing college and starting a family. My family consists of my husband (Kolebe) and our beautiful daughter (Elizabeth). We are so close that we even have all of our birthdays in the first 10 days of December! I remember back to Kindergarten when I had to tell my classmates what I wanted to be when I grow up. I told my class that I wanted to be a teacher and someday teach their kids and help them to reach their future goals. Now I finally get the chance to do just that!
Philosophy of EducationI believe that building a trusting and supportive relationship with students is where the learning begins. I start with getting to know my students first and foremost so that we start learning and building a trusting relationship from the start in order to help students and even faculty to reach their goals. Education is nothing without support, trust, and teamwork.
