ELKS Legacy Scholarship: 

Elks Legacy Awards are scholarships that are awarded to children and grandchildren of Elks members that joined the order on or before April 1, 2017 or a charter member of a lodge that began after April 1, 2017 and are paid up members through March 31, 2020.
